Prior to joining Schofield Donnelly Bill practiced as a litigator for an Am Law 100 firm in Boston handling a variety of complex commercial litigation including commercial and residential landlord-tenant disputes, contract disputes, construction matters, and government enforcement actions. He is admitted to practice in the court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, The United States' District Courts for the Districts of Massachusetts and Eastern Michigan, and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Bill also has extensive experience in alternative disputes resolution, including mediation and arbitration.
