20 Years!

When Tim Schofield started his legal career at Goulston & Storrs, the firm was celebrating its 100th Anniversary.  When he moved to Sally & Fitch (now Fitch Law Partners), the firm was celebrating its 20th Anniversary.  Both milestones seemed impossibly distant when Tim launched Schofield & Associates in 2004.  And yet, here we are 20 years later celebrating what has become Schofield Donnelly LLC.  100 years is still distant, but even that no longer feels impossible.  Tim will be dead by then, but still.   

Over the last twenty years, we have built a firm with a reputation for providing candid counsel and sophisticated solutions.  With two decades of experience, we do not need to preen or posture.  Our clients trust and rely upon us because we provide sensible legal counsel without the nonsense. 

Growing for the Future

We are also proud to announce that we have added two new attorneys (bringing our total to 6!) to help our clients resolve disputes, manage properties, and close deals.  Bob Disorbo is a litigator and land use lawyer with seven years of experience.  He specializes in complex litigation, land use and zoning, and  condominium law.  Adam Kurth is a real estate and land use attorney with over sixteen years of experience.  His extensive knowledge of real estate enables him to counsel clients in the acquisition, permitting, development, and sale or leasing of residential and commercial projects.
