Elaine M. Carey

Elaine Carey is an associate at Schofield Donnelly LLC. She specializes in litigation, property management matters, and condominium law. She also represents buyers, sellers, and lenders in residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Prior to joining Schofield Donnelly, Elaine served as a Law Clerk at an intellectual property law firm in Boston, as a Legal Research Intern for State Senator Anne Gobi, and as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Chief Justice Timothy Sullivan of the Eastern Division Housing Court.

Elaine received a B.A. in History from Providence College in 2017 and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 2020. Throughout her time at Suffolk Law, she served as a member of the Women’s Law Association. She is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
