Christopher Donnelly is a partner at Schofield Donnelly LLC specializing in condominium law and real estate litigation. As counsel to hundreds of condominium associations across Massachusetts, Chris is a strategic advisor to boards of trustees, developers, and property managers in all aspects of community governance, management, and planning.
Chris is also an experienced real estate litigator, who advocates for property owners in conflicts including disputes over title to land, zoning and permitting appeals, commercial and residential landlord-tenant litigation, and conveyancing disputes. His clients trust and rely upon him to provide straightforward advice that leads to cost-effective strategies and practical solutions.
An active community leader, Chris is a member of the National Eagle Scout Association, and previously served as a Director of the Beacon Hill Civic Association, as Co-Chair of the Beacon Hill Zoning and Licensing Committee, and he is a past Chair of the Boston Ward 5 Democratic Committee. Chris is a cum laude graduate of Bridgewater State College and of Suffolk University Law School.
